51 year-old male Rhinoplasty

51-year-old male requesting rhinoplasty to correct a prominent curved profile that hooked over with animation. The width of his nose was appropriate for his broad masculine cheekbones. No changes were made to the tip cartilages. Correction was aimed at improving the prominent profile. The profile change was obtained by lowering the cartilaginous and boney framework. A strut graft was placed in the columella for tip support. An excellent change was obtained giving a masculine profile without the undesirable features that were present preoperatively.
